CalSync

Terms of Service

Last updated September 11, 2026

These terms cover personal use of CalSync, a one-way Google Calendar availability mirroring service. By signing in you agree to them.

Personal use

CalSync is offered as a private-beta tool for individual Google Calendar users. There is no billing, team administration, or service-level agreement in this version.

Google data access

You authorize CalSync to read event times on source calendars and to create, update, and delete Busy blocks we create on target calendars. We do not copy titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations. CalSync mirrors the last 6 hours and the next 30 days.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. Sync can lag, fail, or miss events. You are responsible for how you use mirrored Busy blocks and for keeping your own calendars accurate.

How to disconnect

Delete a sync from the calendar page to remove Busy blocks we created. Disconnect a Google account from the dashboard to revoke tokens and delete stored data for that account. You can also revoke CalSync in your Google account permissions.
