CalSync

Google Calendar · one-way

Mirror availability as Busy. Details stay private.

Point a source calendar at a target. CalSync writes private Busy blocks and leaves titles, descriptions, attendees, and locations where they belong.

How it works

01

Connect Google

Sign in and link the Google accounts that hold your source and target calendars.

02

Pick source and target

Refresh calendars, then create a one-way sync. The target only receives Busy.

03

Busy blocks appear

CalSync mirrors the last 6 hours and the next 30 days. Changes usually land within a minute.

Trust

We do not copy event titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations onto the target. Mirrored events are private Busy blocks with a hidden ownership marker. Read the privacy policy.

Limits

  • Google Calendar only. No Outlook.
  • One-way availability. No two-way sync.
  • No billing, teams, or shared-calendar rules yet.

FAQ

What details leave the source calendar?

Only busy/free times inside the sync window. Titles and other event fields stay on the source.

How far back and ahead do you sync?

CalSync mirrors the last 6 hours and the next 30 days. Events outside that window are left alone.

Can I use Outlook or make this two-way?

Not in this version. The product is Google-only and one-way on purpose.

How do I stop?

Delete a sync to remove the Busy blocks we created, or disconnect a Google account to revoke tokens and delete stored calendars for that account.
